House of Artisans Case Study

Objective

To document  a unique cultural exchange between the UAE and France by blending artisans traditional crafts with modern storytelling through cinematic content.

Concept & Execution

KRenative led the creative direction and production of a six-part video series capturing the artistic journey of six artisans (3 Emirati, 3 French) across two countries and three heritage crafts:

  • Weaving: Traditional textile techniques
  • Pottery: Ceramics and craftsmanship
  • Carpentry: Woodwork and furniture-making

Each artisan spent a month abroad, mentored by master craftsmen, immersed in a new culture, and evolving their skills.
